Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales of the SuiteOne platform. This person will actively manage sales opportunities, leveraging various sales tools and resources during the selling process.
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline and use sales tracking tools
  • Drive a significant number of qualified leads
  • Deliver new customer calls and emails on a monthly basis in support of generating quality leads to the field
  • Participate in company marketing events
  • Provide consistent, timely and accurate forecasts
  • BA/BS in relevant field required
  • Proven successful track record within a sales environment
  • Comfortable in making new sales calls or e-mails to develop leads
  • Able to assist in developing sales campaigns
  • Excellent communication, proven presentation/demonstration and customer service skills

Customer Advocate

We are looking for an exceptional person to play a key role in providing efficient and accurate technical assistance to our growing customer base. The right candidate is a highly motivated person with a technical aptitude within a customer-facing role. Candidates must have a desire to learn, basic working knowledge of web-based technologies, and high enthusiasm for customer success.
Qualifications and Required Experience
  • College degree
  • 2-5+ years work experience
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus
  • Proven analytical/problem-solving ability
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both written and oral
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage initiatives to completion
  • Proven ability to work with the team to quickly and calmly resolve technical issues
  • On-call availability
